3. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with other users of the platform as necessary to facilitate transactions (e.g., sharing a rider's profile with a business owner). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in our operations.

4. AI-Assisted Dispute Resolution

RideLink uses third-party artificial intelligence to help resolve disputes between riders and business owners. When a dispute is filed, the information you provide — including your written description, uploaded evidence files, and any voice recording (which we transcribe) — is sent to our AI provider for analysis. The AI produces a summary and a recommendation; it does not make final decisions. Final resolutions are made by RideLink administrators. We limit the data sent to the AI to what is necessary to assess the dispute, and we do not use your information to train external models. By filing a dispute, you consent to this limited use of your dispute information for AI-assisted analysis.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free.

6. Your Rights

You may update or correct information about yourself by logging into your account. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information to improve your experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
