By accessing and using RideLink, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

RideLink is a platform that connects motorcycle dispatch riders with business owners. We provide tools to manage contracts, payments, work history, and communications between riders and businesses. We are a marketplace and are not responsible for the actions of individual users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Rider and Business Owner Responsibilities

Riders are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and complying with all applicable laws. Business owners are responsible for providing safe working conditions and honoring agreed-upon payment terms. Both parties are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide on the platform.

5. Payments and Fees

RideLink facilitates payment processing between riders and business owners. A platform commission may be deducted from transactions as described in the platform settings. All payments are subject to our payment processing terms and the agreed contract terms between parties.

6. Dispute Resolution

RideLink provides a dispute resolution mechanism for conflicts between riders and business owners. While we provide tools and AI-assisted analysis, our decisions in disputes are advisory. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be acting in bad faith.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose; to harass, abuse, or harm other users; to provide false or misleading information; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

RideLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
